Overnight beach waves can sound like something from a commercial hair product. But, that is not the case here. Women with long hair have always been attracted to curls. They have been waving or curling their hair overnight – think of the classic paper towel curls of Grandma! Who could blame them, honestly? The vision is to wake up to healthy hair (or at least in a partial way!). Nobody has the time and stamina to stomp his hair and wait for a solid eight hours to make it a good option for the busy girls!
Below is a step-by-step tutorial on how to get beachy waves without much effort and time.
After you’ve washed your hair, as usual, we dry our towels and we put them to styling product — we love Bumble, so we don’t have to spray or even use the hair spray of your favorite mousse. Then split the hair into three sections, one at the back and the other at the sides.
Beachy Waves – Step 2:
Now every segment can be braided. Nothing spectacular, no need to be intimidated by this move! Even if in this area you are not especially skilled, you can easily perform a soft wave with normal braids. We wanted texture towards the top, however, so we were with three Netherlands braids.
Then, for the effect of the bleachy waves, all three braids have been twisted into one large braid. Nothing fancy again, but that’s not the last look you have. Squeeze the broad braid into a bun shape and position it using normal pins.
Go now to bed, relax, sleep well, and remove the morning braids, for an enjoyable wave effect on the beach.
Beachy Waves – Step 4:
Just another tip to maintain your beachy waves– we recommend that you blow up the braids for about 10 minutes before they are undone.
