The heat from blow-dryers and curling tongs is the reason for hair’s damages and color loss. Air dry and other natural methods are more suitable for hair-dye girls.

7. Maintain a healthy diet

Nutrients from a healthy diet provide energy that fuels hair growth and luster.  A diet richer in oily fish will nourish your hair with omega-3 fatty acids, making it shiny and strong. Apart from meals, snack on fruits, nuts, vegetables can be more efficient.
